- Made with leather more durable then the Hot Shot Padded grip, the Hot Shot grip is still easy to break in and is a versatile design that is perfect for a variety of sizes and skill levels.
- Our innovative finger locking system helps minimize shifting and keeps the fingers from slipping out of the finger holes during use.
- Ideal for gymnast with small hands, compulsory level gymnast and gymnast that like to feel more of the bar in their palm.
- Ideal for Optional level through Elite level gymnasts who wear through other grips quickly and athletes weighting over 100 lbs.
- NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GYMNAST - weighing more then a 100lbs., advanced level, high school or college level gymnast and gymnast doing release skills.
The use of wristbands is recommended with these hand grips. US Glove sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To order Elite grips, measure your hand in inches, from the wrist to tip of the middle finger.

Order the size closest to your hand measurement. If your measurement falls exactly between sizes, order the smaller size. if you are uncertain if you measured correctly, please give us a call (505) 856-7750 for assistance.
** Grips will stretch and wear with use. Leather is a natural product that can degrade over time. DO NOT USE grips that have been unused for 6 or more months.
** Grips should be replaced after approximately 3-6 months depending on use and with any sign of damage.
